Week 1
Your first match
A notification lands in your dashboard: a new family in your borough, due in 8 weeks, looking for overnight support. You see the family's details, preferences, and what they're covered by. You click "Accept" and a video intro call auto-schedules itself. You show up, you meet them, you decide together. Contract gets drafted and signed in the platform — no printer, no DocuSign setup, no awkward money conversation.
Week 2
Your first payment
Fifty percent of the contract value hits your earnings dashboard the day the family pays the deposit — usually before the baby is even born. You can see exactly when each future payout is scheduled. No more "I hope I get paid before rent." The old model of "work first, chase money later" is gone.
Week 3
Billing takes care of itself
Your family's claim gets generated automatically from the contract — whether they're paying out of pocket, through Carrot, Maven, Progyny, or HSA/FSA. The right format every time.
